2: how do I register as a seller on Tradedubai.ae?

To register a seller account, complete a form with your personal and business information. And verification with company License and owner’s Emirates ID.

3:what product can I sell on Tradedubai.ae ?

You can sell any product that follows these categories :

Apparel & Accessories, OFFICE & SCHOOL, Consumer Electronics, Home & Kitchen, AUTOMOBILES, Electrical Appliances, Beauty, CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIER, Baby Care, INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES, Toys &Gifts, Sports & Outdoors, Home Textiles, Food & Beverage,

The product should not be on our prohibited products list. 

UAE-SPECIFIC PROHIBITED ITEMS:

  • All kinds of narcotic or recreational drugs
  • Gambling tools, machinery, and devices of all kinds
  • Pirated content
  • Counterfeit currencies
  • Radiation and nuclear fallout contaminated substances
  • Items that contradict the Islamic faith and public morals
  • Items used in black magic, witchcraft, or sorcery
  • Poppy seeds, or any items containing poppy seeds
  • Nylon fishing nets
  • Any other goods or items, prohibited under the GCC Common Customs Law or any other law or regulation applicable in the UAE

 

OTHER THINGS PROHIBITED BY Tradedubai:

  • Listing of services and jobs
  • Counterfeit goods or items of any type
  • Any goods or items that violate the intellectual property rights of any company or individual
  • Stocks, bonds, investment interests, and other securities
  • Currencies (including digital currencies) and negotiable instruments (for example, cheques).
  • Items that promote hatred, violence, ethnic, racial, or religious intolerance
  • Artifacts, antiquities, and art treasures
  • Pornographic materials or items
  • Medical drugs (including over-the-counter)
  • Medical devices
  • Drug paraphernalia (for example, marijuana pipes/bongs and grow lights)
  • E-cigarettes and electronic hookah
  • Tobacco products, nicotine, and e-liquids
  • Flammable, explosive, hazardous, and radioactive chemicals and substances
  • Fireworks and firecrackers
  • Firearms and ammunition (or items/toys that look like firearms or ammunition)
  • Weapons (for example, crossbows and switchblade knives)
  • Descramblers
  • Devices designed to intentionally block, jam, or interfere with authorized communications

How will I be paid for orders?

We pay Sellers twice a month:

For orders delivered between the 1st and 15th of the month, we will transfer the payment to your account 7 business days after the 15th.

For orders delivered between the 16th and 31st of the month, we will transfer the payment to your account 7 business days after the end of the month.

How can I improve the sales of my product?

To increase your online sales and reach more customers, you should:

Use high-resolution product images. 

Showcase your products with multiple images from different angles. 

Save your images with the right dimensions. 

Write clear product descriptions in simple language. 

Consider adding discounts.
