Germany’s Deutz Company Biogas combustion power generator engine set
Technical features:
1. “Replace imports and cover domestic products”;
2. The unit has low failure rate, high reliability, and annual operation time is more than twice that of similar domestic products;
3. The power of the unit is strictly in accordance with national standards, and the rated power is the long-term operating power;
4. Good economy, lubricating oil consumption is no more than 0.8g/kw.h
5. The unit occupies a small area, and its size and weight are 1/3 smaller than similar domestic units
6. The overhaul period of the unit is 1.5 times that of similar domestic products.
The engines and generator sets are based on engines produced using technology imported from Germany’s Deutz Company. The various technical indicators of the self-developed natural gas engines maintain and extend their clean, environmentally friendly, economical, efficient, safe and reliable technical performance.
The mature supercharging and intercooling technology makes the unit high in power, small in size and light in weight, especially suitable for mobile operation, with full combustion and unit emissions reaching and exceeding the level of similar foreign products. The unit can be equipped with container-type power stations and low-noise power stations to meet the different needs of users. Fixed use can comprehensively utilize the waste heat of power generation to replace heating and heat supply in a certain area. The operating cost is low and the investment recovery is fast.
The gas consumption rate is low, and each cubic meter of natural gas can generate more than 4kw.h of electricity. The unit has a high power generation heat rate, which can reach more than 40%. The comprehensive utilization of waste heat can reach more than 80% thermal efficiency. The natural gas engine and generator set are based on the engine production technology introduced from Germany’s Deutz Company. The various technical indicators of the natural gas engine developed independently maintain and extend its clean, environmentally friendly, economical, efficient, safe and reliable technical performance. The automatic tracking and adjustment of the grid voltage adopts the American Basler digital technology to achieve automatic tracking and adjustment of the grid voltage, and the full electronic management performs electronic control and detection on the unit.
The main functions of the control box include: starting, stopping, emergency stopping, parameter display, alarm indication, automatic/manual oil pre-supply, ignition control cylinder temperature detection, knock detection, and providing RS485 remote communication interface for gas machine status parameters and fault alarm.
