Stainless steel Vertical multistage centrifugal pump

The pump is for non-self-priming multistage centrifugal pump with Standard vertical motor and quick mount mechanical seal. It is used to transfer water or other industrial fluids with different flow rate, pressure and working temperature. The flow parts of pump are made of stainless steel SUS304 and replace CR,CRN centrifugal circulating pump.

Pumped fluids

1.Thin, clean, non-flammable and explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers.

2, the pump can transport such as mineral water, softening water, pure water, oil and other light chemical medium.

3. When the density or viscosity of the conveying liquid is greater than that of water, high-power motor must be used if necessary.

4. When the pump is for a particular liquid, the important details such as the chlorine content, PH value, temperature and solubility, oil content, etc. should be given.

5. Norm temperature type；-15 to 70 DegC.  Hot water type: 15 to 120 DegC.

Application:

1. Water supply: filtration and conveying in water plants, water supply in water plants in different areas, pressurization by supervisors and pressurization in high-rise buildings.

2. Industrial pressurization: flow water system, cleaning system, high-pressure flushing system and firefighting system.

3. Industrial liquid conveying: cooling and air conditioning system, boiler feed water and condensing system, machine tool kit, acid and alkali.

4. Water treatment: ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, swimming pool.

5. Irrigation: farmland irrigation, sprinkling irrigation and drip irrigation.
