Multistage Centrifugal Horizontal Water /oil /Chemical Pump

Horizontal single-suction multistage segmented centrifugal pump. High efficiency and energy saving, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, convenient installation, and maintenance. It can transport clean water without solid particles (abrasive), without suspended solids or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to that of clean water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive fluid media by changing the material of the pump (the material of the flow passage parts of the pump), sealing form and adding cooling system.

Type D: It is used to transport clean water without solid particles and with temperature lower than 80 ℃ or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for mine, factory and urban water supply and drainage engineering.

DF type is used to transport corrosive liquid without solid particles and a temperature of – 20 to 105 degrees. The allowable pressure at the pump inlet is less than 0.6MPa. Users can reasonably select the pump material, sealing form, pump structure and determine the motor capacity according to the name, concentration, specific gravity, operating temperature and pump inlet pressure of the pumped medium.

DY pump is used to transport oil and petroleum products without solid particles, with temperature of – 20 to 105 degrees and viscosity of less than 120 centipoise.

MD type pump is used to transport neutral mine water and other similar sewage with particle content of no more than 1.5%, particle size of no more than 0.5mm and temperature of – 20 to 80 degree Celsius.

DG is used for conveying clean water without solid particles and with temperature of – 20 to 150 degree Celsius. suitable for medium and low-pressure boiler feed water.

Material of overflow parts

D type: flow passage parts are for cast iron, shaft is 45 # steel

DG type: the flow passage parts are divided into cast iron and stainless steel according to the use requirements, and the material is determined according to the temperature and corrosivity of the conveyed medium

DY type: the flow passage parts are divided into cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel according to the use requirements, and the material is determined according to the temperature of the transported medium.

MD type: flow passage parts are made of wear-resistant cast iron or nodular cast iron (ductile iron)

DG type: the flow passage parts are divided into cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel according to the use requirements, and the material is determined according to the temperature of the transmission medium
