YCB Series circle arc gear oil pump is suitable to transfer various lubricant oils and other liquids similar to lubricant oils without solid grain and fiber and oil viscosity is 5-1500CST. Pump material: cast iron/steel (For oils which temperatures are not higher than 80 degree celsius)and stainless steel (For oils which temperatures are not higher than 200 degree celsius and corrosive liquids and drinks and oils etc without lubricant. And stainless steel pump with bronze gears can be used for liquids with low flash point such as gasolene and benzene etc. YCB Pump can matched normal motor and explosion proof motor.
Aplication :
YCB Series circle arc gear oil pump is used to transfer lubricant oil and boost in oil system and transfer and boost and injection in fuel oil system and used as hydraulic pump in hydraulic drive system etc. YCB is widely used as lubricant oil pump in industry field.
Gear oil transfer pump
Horizontal, self priming gear pump is used to transfer lubricating oil or other fluids similar to lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers at the temperature below 200 degree celsius and the viscosity of 5 to 1500 Cst.
It can be also used in hydraulic system.
Reducing the rotary speed, the pump can deliver the liquids whose viscosity can be up to 500, 000Cst.
YCB gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, shaft sleeve, pump body, pump cover and seal etc.
The gears are adopted double circular teeth shape, which makes the gears less wear on gear surface, stable revolution, low noise, long service life and high efficiency.
Seals can be mechanical seal or packing seal, which can be chosen according to the user’s requirements.
