WRY Hot oil circulation pump

WRY series hot oil /thermal oil circulation pump has been used in the carrier heating system in China, and has entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, rubber, resin, textile, printing, construction, road construction, machinery, etc.. WRY hot oil pump is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquid without solid particles, and the service temperature is no higher than 350 degree Celsius.

basic structural form is single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure, the pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward at the center, which is installed on the baseplate together with the motor.

The support of WRY hot oil pump adopts the structural form of double-end ball bearing support. The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil, the rear end is lubricated by lubricating grease, and there is a guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.

WRY hot oil pump adopts natural heat dissipation structure, which changes the traditional water cooling structure, making it simple in structure, small in size, low in operating costs, good in performance and use.

WRY hot oil pump:

(1) The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted. The packing used for packing seal has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses mechanical and good cemented carbide material, which improves the sealing performance under high temperature.

(2) The use of the third generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as lip seal has made a leap in sealing performance, which is 25 times higher than that of rubber, and has strong performance.
